🛡️ A woman is facing violence or harassment. Where can she get help?
In an emergency, dial 112 for police, fire or ambulance. Call 181, the free Women Helpline, any time, day or night. You can stay anonymous, and it connects you to the police, a One Stop Centre, a hospital or legal help. The National Commission for Women also has a helpline, 14490, and takes complaints online.
